This site provides information about the “Turnoloo” app, publishes its legal documents and its support, and shows in the browser the shifts that someone shares with their link. Using it implies accepting this notice, the Terms and the Privacy Policy. It does not sell anything or process payments, and it uses no cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to use the site appropriately and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities contrary to good faith or public order, or to damage the systems of the owner or of third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The contents of the site (texts, graphics, design, brand, code) belong to OPHARANA LLC or to third parties who have authorized their use. The exceptions are the Bricolage Grotesque and Manrope typefaces, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. “Apple” and “App Store” are trademarks of Apple Inc.; “Google Play” and “Android” are trademarks of Google LLC; they are mentioned only to identify them.

The owner is not liable for damages arising from the unavailability of the site, from errors in its contents, from unlawful use by users, or from the shifts that users share, without prejudice to removing them as soon as it becomes aware that they are unlawful.

The owner is not responsible for linked third-party sites.

7. Governing law and language
