Turnoloo Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms govern the use of the “Turnoloo” mobile app for iOS and Android (identifier com.opharana.turnoloo) and of this website (hereinafter, together, “Turnoloo”), owned by OPHARANA LLC, located at 99 Wall Street, Suite 1432, 10005, New York, United States, email hello@opharana.com.
By using Turnoloo you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The essentials
- Turnoloo is free, with ads. Turnoloo Plus is optional: monthly (it renews on its own until you cancel) or a one-time lifetime payment.
- You decide who sees your shifts. Share your link only with whoever you want.
- Turnoloo helps you get organized, but it does not replace the official schedule from your job.
- Minimum age: 16 years.
1. What Turnoloo is
Turnoloo is a work shift calendar to share with your partner, your family or your friends. Each person adds their shifts (with a repeating pattern and changes for single days), shares them with a link, and the app crosses the shifts of several people to tell them which days they are off at the same time.
2. Minimum age
Turnoloo is intended for people over 16 years of age. By using it you declare that you are at least that age.
3. Your account
Turnoloo does not require sign-up: an anonymous account tied to the installation is created. If you delete the app or switch phones without having saved your shifts with Apple, Google or your email, you lose access to that account and we cannot recover it. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods safe.
4. Your link and your people
- Whoever has your link can see your name and your shifts, in the app or in the browser. Share it only with whoever you want; if it has been shared more widely than you intended, turn it off or change it in the app.
- You can stop showing your shifts to a person, remove them from your people or block them.
- Use names that do not offend or impersonate anyone. We may change or delete names that breach these terms and close accounts that are used to bother other people.
5. The calculations are an aid
“When can we meet?”, the 24-hour dial and the notifications are based on the shifts that each person enters and on simple rules (one hour to get to and from work, six hours of rest after a night). They do not replace your employer’s official schedule and do not guarantee that someone is free.
6. Free and Turnoloo Plus
For free you can add your shifts, share them, see those of up to 3 people, use “When can we meet?” and receive notifications, with ads. Turnoloo Plus removes the ads, lets you see the shifts of all your people, puts your shifts in your phone’s calendar and adds themes. It is bought in two ways, with the price in your currency shown before you buy:
- Monthly: subscription with automatic renewal. It is charged to your Apple or Google account on confirmation and, after that, at the start of each month, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current month.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment, with no renewals, for as long as Turnoloo remains available.
How to cancel the subscription: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Turnoloo; on Android, Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Turnoloo. You keep the benefits until the end of the paid month. Uninstalling the app or deleting your data does not cancel the subscription.
- Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not see your card details.
- Digital content is delivered immediately; by accepting it you may lose the right of withdrawal provided for digital content.
- Refunds and payment claims are handled with Apple or Google.
- You can recover your purchase with “Restore purchases” using the same Apple ID or the same Google account.
- We may change the price; if the subscription price changes, the store will notify you beforehand and you will be able to cancel it.
7. A month of Plus for inviting
When a person new to Turnoloo joins with your link and adds their shifts (a pattern or at least 5 days), you both earn one month (30 days) of Turnoloo Plus. The person inviting can earn 12 months at most. The months add up to any you already have and are counted by our server.
The gifted months have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or transferred and do not affect a paid subscription. We may modify or end this promotion at any time, without affecting what has already been earned, and cancel rewards obtained with fake accounts or fraudulently. We never reward ratings or social media posts.
8. Advertising
The app shows Google AdMob ads and, in Spanish, ads of our own from TuIAgencia, the owner’s agency: a banner at the bottom of the main screen and, at most, one full-screen ad when you close the “When can we meet?” result. With Turnoloo Plus or with the Plus gifted for inviting there is no advertising. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability of the service
Turnoloo needs the internet to share and receive shifts, and depends on third-party services: we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. We may modify or withdraw features and, if necessary, shut down Turnoloo; if the shutdown were permanent, we would give reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
Turnoloo, its code, its texts, its design and its graphics belong to OPHARANA LLC or to third parties who have authorized their use. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use it for private purposes. The Bricolage Grotesque and Manrope typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the Phosphor icons under the MIT license.
11. Limitation of liability
Turnoloo is offered “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, plans that fall through because of a wrongly entered shift, or anything other users write. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be legally limited or consumers’ rights.
12. Relationship with Apple and Google
These terms are between you and OPHARANA LLC, not with Apple or Google, which assume no responsibility for the app, its content, its maintenance or its support. On iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here, with its date. Substantial changes will be announced in the app.
14. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you keep the right to go to the courts of your place of residence. In case of discrepancy between languages, the Spanish version prevails.
